Welcome to Paradise Point Association, a quiet and beautifully forested community in Lakeville, PA, nestled along the shores of Lake Wallenpaupack and neighboring the lake’s largest inlet, Martin’s Cove. Home to roughly 100 property owners, Paradise Point Association offers a peaceful, nature-rich setting where residents enjoy the perfect balance of privacy, community, and outdoor recreation. Our association maintains a private boat ramp for all homeowners and four sets of community docks for member boat access, allowing easy enjoyment of one of Pennsylvania’s largest lakes.
